Rook Home is a trade name of Purple Peach LLC. This page explains what happens to the information you send us.

What we collect. When you request a quote we receive what you type into the form (name, phone, email if given, address or ZIP, job details and preferred time) and any photos you attach.

How we use it. Only to reply about your job, schedule work, and keep a record of the job. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Where it's stored. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and may be copied into the tools we use to manage jobs and messages. Messages sent through Facebook Messenger are also subject to Meta's own policies.

Text messages. If you give us your phone number we may text you about your quote or appointment. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop.

Your choices. Ask us to delete your information at any time by messaging us on Facebook.
